Shahab Zahedi
Shahab Zahedi Tabar ( fa, شهاب زاهدی, born 18 August 1995) is an Iranian professional footballer who plays as a forward for J1 League club Avispa Fukuoka on loan from Zorya Luhansk and also Iran national football team. Club career Youth teams Shahab Zahedi joined Persepolis Youth Academy in 2013 from Paykan before joining Moghavemat Tehran F.C. Academy on loan. He played for Persepolis in the AFC Vision Asia U-21 Tehran Premier League. Persepolis Following good performances with the U21 side, Zahedi was promoted to the Persepolis first team in October 2014 by Hamid Derakhshan. He made his debut for Persepolis in a Hazfi Cup match against Kargar Boneh Gaz Bushehr as a substitute for Mehdi Taremi. The Azadegan League ( fa, ليگ آزادگان, ''Lig-e Âzâdegân''), also known as League 1 ( fa, لیگ یک, ''Lig-e Yek''), is the second highest division of professional football in Iran. It was the top-level football league in Iran from its foundation in 1991 until 2001, when the Persian Gulf Pro League was established. Each year, the top finishing teams in the Azadegan League are promoted to the Persian Gulf Pro League, and the lowest finishing teams are relegated to League 2. Mehdi Taremi ( fa, مهدی طارمی; born 18 July 1992) is an Iranian professional footballer who plays as a striker for Primeira Liga club Porto and the Iran national team. A late bloomer, he begun his career at Shahin Bushehr and Iranjavan, Taremi played for Persepolis between 2014 and 2018; he was Persian Gulf Pro League top scorer on two occasions (2015–16 and 2016–17). The 2014–15 Hazfi Cup was the 28th season of the Iranian football knockout competition. Tractor Sazi was the defending champion but was eliminated by Padideh in quarter-finals.
