Shafiul Islam Shuhas ( bn, শফিউল ইসলাম সুহাস; born: 6 October 1989) is a Bangladeshi cricketer. A right-arm fast-medium bowler, Shafiul has played for Rajshahi Division since 2006. Domestic career The Bangladesh Cricket Board founded the six-team Bangladesh Premier League in 2012, a twenty20 tournament to be held in February 2011. An auction was held for teams to buy players, and Shafiul was bought by the Khulna Royal Bengal for $65,000. He was the team's fourth-highest wicket-taker with five wickets from seven matches. In April the BCB upgraded Shafiul' central contract from grade C to grade B. He was the leading wicket-taker for Agrani Bank Cricket Club in the 2017–18 Dhaka Premier Division Cricket League, with 24 dismissals in 13 matches. Bogra ( bn, বগুড়া), officially known as Bogura, is a major city located in Bogra District, Rajshahi Division, Bangladesh. The city is a major commercial hub in Northern Bangladesh. 2017–18 Dhaka Premier Division Cricket League
The 2017–18 Dhaka Premier Division Cricket League was an edition of the Dhaka Premier Division Cricket League, a List A cricket competition that was held in Bangladesh. It was the fifth edition of the tournament with List A status, although almost 35 seasons had been played before achieving the status. It started on 5 February 2018 and finished on 5 April 2018. Gazi Group Cricketers were the defending champions. Abahani Limited won the tournament, after beating Legends of Rupganj by 94 runs in the final Super League fixture. Mohammad Rubel Hossain ( bn, মোহাম্মদ রুবেল হোসেন; born 01 Jan 1990) is a Bangladeshi cricketer. He made his international debut for Bangladesh in January 2009 aged 19. He has the highest bowling average of any pacer who has bowled at least 2,000 deliveries in Test cricket. He is a quick bowler with a slingy action similar to Lasith Malinga's. Khulna Tigers ( bn, খুলনা টাইগার্স) are a franchise Twenty20 cricket team representing the Khulna division in the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), a Twenty20 cricket tournament. The franchise was owned by Gemcon Sports and was founded in 2016 as a replacement for the Khulna Royal Bengals who had participated in the first two seasons of the BPL.
