Shabbir Ali Qureshi
Mian Muhammad Shabbir Ali Qureshi is a Pakistani politician who was former Minister of State for Housing and Works, in office since 4 October 2018. He had been a member of the National Assembly of Pakistan from August 2018 till January 2023. He is the son of politician Mohsin Ali Qureshi who also elected a member of the National Assembly twice from the same constituancy. Political career He was elected to the National Assembly of Pakistan from Constituency NA-181 (kot addu-I) as an independent candidate in 2018 Pakistani general election. Following his successful election, he announced to joined Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) in August 2018. Arif-ur-Rehman Alvi (; born 29 July 1949) is a Pakistani dentist and politician currently serving as the 13th President of Pakistan, in office since 9 September 2018. Mian Muhammad Mohsin Ali Qureshi (died 2014) was a Pakistani politician who had been a member of the National Assembly of Pakistan from 2008 to 2013. Political career Benazir Bhutto offered him party ticket of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) to contest the 2002 Pakistani general election however he could not contest the polls due to graduation bar. General elections were held in Pakistan on Wednesday, 25 July 2018 to elect the members of 15th National Assembly and the four Provincial Assemblies. The three major parties Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) led by Imran Khan, the Pakistan Muslim League led by Shehbaz Sharif and the Pakistan Peoples Party led by Bilawal Bhutto.
