''Sexy Beast'' is a British crime drama television series developed by Michael Caleo that premiered on Paramount+ on 25 January 2024. It is a prequel of the 2000 film of the same name. Synopsis It traces the relationship between best friends and thieves Gal Dove and Don Logan, who together become involved in London's criminal world during the 1990s. Crime films, in the broadest sense, is a film genre inspired by and analogous to the crime fiction literary genre. Films of this genre generally involve various aspects of crime and its detection. Life and career Michael Obiora (pronounced OH-BEE-ORA) was born on 8 October 1986 in north-west London, England, to Nigerian-Igbo parents. Paramount Network is an American basic cable television channel owned by the MTV Entertainment Group unit of Paramount Media Networks. It was formed in 1954 from five organizations representing writers, including the Screen Writers Guild. It has around 20,000 members.
