"Severely" (; also translated as "Fiercely") is a song by South Korean idol rock band F.T. Island. It was released on January 31, 2012, under FNC Music and serves as the lead single of the band's fourth mini-album '' Grown-Up''. A rock ballad, the song was written by Han Seong-ho, and composed by Kim Do-hun and Lee Sang-ho. "Severely" peaked at number three on South Korea's national Gaon Digital Chart and the ''Billboard'' Korea K-Pop Hot 100, spending two consecutive weeks at its peak on both charts. ''Grown-Up'' is the fourth mini-album by South Korean rock band F.T. Island. It was released in South Korea on January 31, 2012, under FNC Music and distributed by Mnet Media. Filled with slow-tempo rock ballads, the album illustrated the musical growth of the band. Upon its release, the album and its single " Severely" ( ko, 지독하게) topped several music charts. The album debuted at number one on Gaon's weekly album chart and sold-out its initial 50,000 physically produced copies in ten days. ''M Countdown'' () is a South Korean music program broadcast by Mnet. The show features appearances by popular music artists who also perform live on stage. It is broadcast from CJ E&M Center Studio in Sangam-dong, Mapo District, Seoul. Broadcast ''M Countdown'' airs live on domestic television at 6PM KST every Thursday. AOA (group)
AOA (; an acronym for Ace of Angels) is a South Korean girl group formed by FNC Entertainment. The original 2012 eight-member line-up included: Choa, Jimin, Yuna, Youkyung, Hyejeong, Mina, Seolhyun and Chanmi. Youkyung left the group in 2016, while Choa left in 2017 due to mental health reasons, followed by Mina in 2019 to pursue her acting career, and Jimin in 2020 due to bullying allegations.
