Sever Constantin Dron (born 25 June 1944 in Găieşti, Romania) is a former professional tennis player and current coach. After winning several junior national championships, he played for the Romanian Davis Cup team in 1969 and 1971, along Ilie Nastase and Ion Tiriac, among others. A graduate of the Bucharest Sports Academy in 1966, he defected to France in 1972, requesting political asylum. Melun () is a Communes of France, commune in the Seine-et-Marne Departments of France, department in the Île-de-France Regions of France, region, north-central France. Julie Halard-Decugis (born 10 September 1970) is a French former professional tennis player. Tennis career Halard-Decugis lived in La Baule, France, during the initial stages of her career and later moved to Pully, Switzerland. She turned professional in 1986. She won the French Open junior singles title in 1988 and was the Wimbledon junior singles runner-up in 1987. She retired from the WTA Tour tennis circuit at the end of the 2000 season. Her highest WTA Tour singles and doubles rankings was number seven and number one respectively. She had been coached by Arnaud Decugis since 1989.
