Seventh Day'Vonte Woods (born August 7, 1998) is an American professional basketball player for UCC Demons of the Super League. He played college basketball for the North Carolina Tar Heels, South Carolina Gamecocks and Morgan State Bears. Early life Woods was born on August 7, 1998, in Columbia, South Carolina. Woods is the youngest of four brothers and started playing basketball when he was four years old. High school career As an 8th grader, he averaged 14.6 points per game. As a freshman, Woods averaged 19.3 points per game and earned the Hammond basketball player of the year, aiding his team to a 22–5 record and the SCISA Class AAA state championship game. South Carolina Gamecocks Men's Basketball
The South Carolina Gamecocks men's basketball team represents the University of South Carolina and competes in the Southeastern Conference (SEC). 2016–17 NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Season
The 2016–17 NCAA Division I men's basketball season began on November 11, 2016. The first tournament was the 2K Sports Classic, and ended with the Final Four in Glendale, Arizona on April 3, 2017. Practices officially began on September 30, 2016. Rule changes The only rule change for the regular season was allowing coaches to ask for timeouts in situations of inbounds on offense or defense. Coaches are still not permitted to call timeouts in live-ball situations. The NCAA approved a number of experimental rule changes for use in the 2017 postseason NIT: * Team fouls were reset to zero at the 10:00 mark of each half. Basketball Ireland (BI; ga, Cispheil Éireann) is the national governing body for the sport on the island of Ireland. The Gonzaga Bulldogs are an intercollegiate men's basketball program representing Gonzaga University. The school competes in the West Coast Conference in Division I of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). Alec Jacoby "Coby" White (born February 16, 2000) is an American professional basketball player for the Chicago Bulls of the National Basketball Association (NBA). Joel DeWayne Berry II (born April 1, 1995) is an American former professional basketball player. He played college basketball for the North Carolina Tar Heels and led the team to the 2017 national championship. Berry played professionally for two seasons in the NBA G League and one season in Turkey before his retirement in 2021.
