7th Ward Of New Orleans
The 7th Ward is a section of New Orleans, Louisiana. It is geographically the third largest of the 17 Wards of New Orleans, after the 9th Ward and 15th Ward. New Orleans Districts and Wards Boundaries and geography The 7th Ward stretches from the Mississippi River to Lake Pontchartrain. The eastern, or "lower" boundary is Elysian Fields Avenue, the boundary with the 8th Ward. In the "up-river" direction to the south-west, the boundary is Esplanade Avenue, the border with the 6th Ward; then from where Esplanade meets Bayou St. John the boundary follows the bayou north to the lake, with the 5th Ward being across the bayou. Bay Ward
Bay Ward or Ward 7 (French: ''Quartier Baie'') is a municipal ward in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada represented on Ottawa City Council. It covers much of the western portion of the old city of Ottawa as well as some portions of what was once Nepean. The ward runs from Sherbourne and Maitland in the east to March Road in the west. The southern border is the Queensway while the northern border is the Ottawa River. The ward makes up the northern portion of the federal and provincial riding of Ottawa West-Nepean. The ward contains a number of neighbourhoods, with quite diverse populations. Some of the neighbourhoods in the ward are Bayshore, Woodroffe North, Michele Heights, Glabar Park, Lincoln Heights, Britannia, and Crystal Beach. The westernmost part of the ward also contains a large section of the Greenbelt. Some of these neighbourhoods, especially those by the Ottawa River are quite wealthy. Ward 7 (Windsor, Ontario)
Ward 7 is a municipal ward in the east end of Windsor, Ontario, Canada. Its representation on Windsor City Council is currently Angelo Marignani. It contains that part of the city of Windsor east of the Little River and north of the E. C. Row Expressway. It covers the neighbourhoods of Forest Glade and East Riverside. Ward 7 was created for the 2010 municipal elections when Windsor City council went from having five wards (two councillors each) to 10 (one councillor each). Previously most of the area had been part of Ward 5, with a small part belonging to Ward 4.
