Sevendust Members
Sevendust is an American Rock music, rock band from Atlanta, Georgia, formed in 1994 by bassist Vinnie Hornsby, drummer Morgan Rose and guitarist John Connolly (musician), John Connolly. After their first demo, lead vocalist Lajon Witherspoon and guitarist Clint Lowery joined the group. Following a few name changes, the members settled on the name Sevendust and released their Sevendust (album), self-titled debut album on April 15, 1997, which sold only 310 copies in its first week but ultimately achieved gold certification. Since formation, Sevendust have attained success with three consecutive RIAA gold-certified albums, a Grammy nomination, and have sold millions of records worldwide. The group has released a total of fourteen studio albums, as well as a reissue of their debut. Sevendust (album)
''Sevendust'' is the debut studio album by American rock band Sevendust, released on April 15, 1997, through TVT Records. The Japan reissue has live versions of the songs "Bitch" and "Prayer" as ending bonus tracks. "My Ruin" appeared on the '' Mortal Kombat: More Kombat'' album, credited under the band's original name, Crawlspace. "Too Close to Hate" appeared on the '' Masterminds'' album. The song "Terminator" is featured in MTV television series '' Celebrity Deathmatch''. Sevendust celebrated the 20th anniversary of the release of the album by performing the record in its entirety at a special hometown show on March 17, 2017, at the Masquerade in Atlanta, Georgia. The Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) is a trade organization that represents the music recording industry in the United States. Jay Jay French (born John French Segall, July 20, 1952) is an American guitarist, manager, record producer and founding member of the heavy metal band Twisted Sister. He is a columnist, author and motivational speaker who oversees licensing and intellectual property rights for the Twisted Sister brand. Twisted Sister was an American Heavy metal music, heavy metal band formed in 1972 in Ho-Ho-Kus, New Jersey, and later based on Long Island, New York (state), New York. Their best-known songs include "We're Not Gonna Take It (Twisted Sister song), We're Not Gonna Take It" and "I Wanna Rock", both of which were associated with Music video, music videos noted for their sense of slapstick humor. Carbaryl
Carbaryl (1-naphthyl methylcarbamate) is a chemical in the carbamate family used chiefly as an insecticide. It is a white crystalline solid previously sold under the brand name Sevin, which was a trademark of the Bayer Company. Union Carbide discovered carbaryl and introduced it commercially in 1958. Bayer purchased Aventis CropScience in 2002, a company that included Union Carbide pesticide operations. Carbaryl was the third-most-used insecticide in the United States for home gardens, commercial agriculture, and forestry and rangeland protection. Crawlspace (band)
Crawlspace are an Australian rock band from Perth which formed in 1998. History In the early 1990s guitarist and vocalist, Russell Smith, met drummer, Chris Webber, the two sharing a musical background in Grunge-rock. They were then joined by bassist and vocalist Daniel Bowles, who had experience in a techno-style band in the UK. The trio forming, Crawlspace, has been likened to Matchbox 20, Live, and Tonic. In mid-1998 Crawlspace released their debut single "Afraid", which was the first release to gain national attention for the fledgling WA Label Embryo Records (then called Rocket Records/Phantom Music WA). The EP was co-produced by Ben Glatzer, who also produced their debut album.
