Seth Bogart (album)
''Seth Bogart'' is the second overall solo studio album written, recorded and performed by Hunx and His Punx vocalist Seth Bogart. It is the first studio album to be released under his name, as his previous solo record ''Hairdresser Blues'' was issued under his stage name Hunx. ''Seth Bogart'' was produced and co-written by Cole MGN, and also features vocal performances from Chela, Kathleen Hanna, Tavi Gevinson, Jeremiah Nadya, and Clementine Creevy. Bogart had enjoyed making music as his Hunx character, but had wanted for a long time to start recording material that showed more of his true self, "like a weird teenager's version of an adult album, I guess. But I just mean that in the sense where I took it super seriously and worked on it for a long time" because "I wanted to make something that I would look back and still really love later." Seth Bogart
Seth Bogart (born February 28, 1980) is an American multidisciplinary artist. As a musician, he is known for his solo career, as well as Hunx and His Punx and Gravy Train!!!!. As a visual artist, Bogart's paintings and sculptures have been exhibited in galleries throughout the United States, and he has created the World of Wonder web series ''Feelin' Fruity''. He also runs the streetwear line Wacky Wacko. ''Pitchfork'' named Bogart the "New King of Camp" in 2016. Early life and career Bogart grew up in Tucson, Arizona, where his father was a lawyer and his mother was a nurse. In high school, he started playing the guitar and created the punk zine ''Puberty Strike''. He later produced the zine ''Psycho No. 1 Fan''. When Bogart was 18, his father committed suicide. He moved to Oakland, California shortly thereafter. Plastics, or The Plastics, were a short-lived Japanese new wave band who rose to prominence in the late 1970s and early 1980s. originally issue #4 Audimat (in French). ''My Strange Addiction'' is an American documentary television series that premiered on TLC on December 29, 2010. The pilot was broadcast on May 5, 2010. The series focuses on people with unusual compulsive behaviors. These range from eating specific non-food items to ritualistic daily activities to bizarre personal fixations or beliefs. Premise Despite the title of the show, few of the show's subjects have what would medically be classified as true addiction, neither conventional (substance-related) nor behavioral. Rather, the cause of their behavior varies and may include a variety of psychiatric diagnosis.
