''Serious'' is an observational documentary series made by the BBC and broadcast as part of their children's programming. It encompasses ''Serious Jungle'' (2002), ''Serious Desert'' (2003), ''Serious Arctic'' (2005), ''Serious Amazon'' (2006), ''Serious Andes'' (2007), ''Serious Ocean'' (2008) and ''Serious Explorers'' (2011). ''Serious Ocean'' consisted of ten 30-minute episodes, while each previous series was six 30-minute episodes. In each series a group of eight 12- to 15-year-olds embark on an expedition to an extreme part of the world, in order to help wildlife or assist in environmental projects. The programmes have won numerous awards, among them honours from BAFTA and the Royal Television Society. ''From the Inside'' is the fourth solo studio album by American rock singer Alice Cooper, released on November 17, 1978, by Warner Bros. Records. It is a concept album about Cooper's stay in a New York asylum due to his alcoholism. Each of the characters in the songs were based on actual people Cooper met in the asylum. Among other collaborators, the album features three longtime Elton John associates: lyricist Bernie Taupin, guitarist Davey Johnstone and bassist Dee Murray. The lead single from the album was the power ballad "How You Gonna See Me Now", which peaked at No. 12 in the US Hot 100 chart. A music video was also created for it. Donna Allen (born May 15, 1958) is an American dance-pop singer, born in Key West, Florida, and raised in Tampa. At one point a cheerleader for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, she got her start performing in the bands Hi-Octane, Trama and Maxx. During her tenure with MAXX she was courted by Alan Walden (Capricorn Records/Hustler Productions) before launching a solo career. She also sang backup on tour for Gloria Estefan for nine years. Career Allen's first disc was the Lou Pace-produced 1986 album, ''Perfect Timing'', and over the next few years she launched several hits on the US ''Billboard'' Hot Dance/Club Play chart.
