Sergio Omar Gómez (born 19 July 1981) is an Argentine football manager and former player who played mainly as a midfielder. Playing career Born in Pilar, Buenos Aires, Gómez began his career with Platense in 2001, playing three Primera B Nacional matches with the club. He then resumed his career in the lower leagues, notably representing Leandro N. Alem for three years. Managerial career In 2012, Gómez met Favio Orsi while working in the coaching staff of Oscar Santángelo at Fénix. In April 2013, after Santángelo resigned, both Gómez and Orsi were named managers. In June 2014, Gómez and Orsi were appointed in charge of Deportivo Español. The duo moved to Flandria in August 2015, and led the side to a first-ever promotion to the Primera B Nacional in their first season in charge, after winning the Primera B Metropolitana. Pilar is a city in Buenos Aires Province, Argentina. It is part of the Greater Buenos Aires urban conurbation and is the seat of the administrative division of Pilar Partido. Rodolfo Diego Flores (born 11 December 1980) is an Argentine football manager in Maccabi Haifa from Israeli Premier League, and former player who played mainly as a midfielder. Career Born in Córdoba, Flores only played amateur football before deciding he would become a coach at the age of 24. He began his managerial career with General Paz Juniors, later working at Taborín's youth categories and Sportivo Belgrano de Almafuerte before moving to Ireland in 2013 to study for UEFA qualifications. While in Ireland, Flores worked as a barista in a coffeehouse and played for Dublin-based side Kingswood Castle; at the club, he also helped managing the youth teams. The 2017–18 Argentine Primera B Nacional is the 33rd season of the Football in Argentina, Argentine second division. The season began in September 2017 and ended in June 2018. Primera B Metropolitana is one of two professional leagues that form the third level of the Argentine football league system. The division is made up of 17 clubs mainly from the city of Buenos Aires and its metropolitan area, Greater Buenos Aires. Originally created as the second division, it became the third level after a restructuring of the system in 1985 that ended with the creation of Primera B Nacional, set as the second division since then. The other league at level three is the Torneo Federal A, where teams from regional leagues take part. Favio Orsi
Favio Leandro Orsi (born 18 February 1974) is an Argentine football manager and former player who played mainly as a midfielder. Career Born in Pilar, Buenos Aires, Orsi played youth football for River Plate and Platense, also featuring with the first team of the latter. He also represented Estudiantes de Buenos Aires in his home country before moving to Finland in 1997 with FC Jazz, where he featured in nine Veikkausliiga matches. Orsi retired in 2000, after struggling for two years with a knee injury while playing for an Italian club, but returned to action for a brief period in 2010 with Pilar FC.
