Sergey Sarychev
Sergey Mikhailovich Sarychev (Russian: Сергей Михайлович Сарычев; born on 1 August 1959) is a Russian politician, who served as the vice-governor of the Tyumen Oblast from 2018 to 2022, and the interim governor of the Tyumen Oblast in May 2018. Biography Sergey Sarychev was born on 1 August 1959 in the village of Vikulovo, Tyumen Oblast. He began his working career in 1978 working at the Omsk Motor-Building Plant. From 1978 to 1980, he served in the Soviet Army. Since 1983 he has been working in the Komsomol. Until 1987, he held the positions of instructor, second and first secretary of the Ishim City Committee of the Komsomol. From 1987 to 1991, he was the Secretary of the Tyumen Regional Committee of the Komsomol. From 1992 to 1997, Sarychev worked in the administration of the Tyumen Oblast as chairman of the committee for youth affairs and tourism. Tyumen Oblast (russian: Тюме́нская о́бласть, ''Tyumenskaya oblast'') is a federal subject (an oblast) of Russia. It is geographically located in the Western Siberia region of Siberia, and is administratively part of the Urals Federal District. The oblast has administrative jurisdiction over two autonomous okrugs: Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug and Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug. The governor of Tyumen Oblast (russian: Губернатор Тюменской области) is the highest official of Tyumen Oblast, a federal subject of Russia. History of office From 1991 to 1993 the head of the regional administration was appointed by the decree of the president of Russia. After the Charter of Tyumen Oblast was adopted (1995), the office of governor was introduced, elected by popular vote of the entire Tyumen Oblast population, including KhMAO and YaNAO. Vladimir Vladimirovich Yakushev (russian: Влади́мир Влади́мирович Я́кушев; born 14 June 1968) is a Russian politician serving as the Presidential Plenipotentiary Representative in the Ural Federal District since 9 November 2020. Previously, he was Minister of Construction, Housing and Utilities from 18 May 2018 to 9 November 2020, and Governor of Tyumen Oblast from 2005 to 2018. Aleksandr Viktorovich Moor (russian: Александр Викторович Моор; born on 6 January 1974), is a Russian politician who is currently the 5th Governor of Tyumen Oblast from 14 September 2018.
