Sergej Milinković-Savić
Sergej Milinković-Savić ( sr-Cyrl, Сергеј Милинковић-Савић, ; born 27 February 1995), also known mononymously as Sergej, is a Serbian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Serie A club Lazio and the Serbia national team. Milinković-Savić began his professional career at Serbian club Vojvodina and helped them win the Serbian Cup in the 2013–14 season. He joined Belgian club Genk in June 2014, where he played 24 games before transferring to Italian club Lazio one year later. He has made over 250 appearances for Lazio and has won the Coppa Italia once and the Supercoppa Italiana twice. He was named in the Serie A Team of the Year in the 2017–18 season and won the league's Best Midfielder award in the 2018–19 season. Serbia National Football Team
The Serbia national football team ( sr, Фудбалска репрезентација Србије, Fudbalska reprezentacija Srbije) represents Serbia in men's international football competition. It is controlled by the Football Association of Serbia, the governing body for football in Serbia. After the breakup of SFR Yugoslavia and its football team in 1992 Serbia was represented (alongside Montenegro) within the new FR Yugoslavia national football team. Despite qualifying for Euro 92 the team was banned from participating in the tournament due to international sanctions, with the ruling also enforced for World Cup 94 and Euro 96 qualifiers. Fudbalski klub Jagodina () is a Serbian professional football club based in the city of Jagodina, which plays in the Serbian First League, the second tier in Serbia's football league. Nebojša Kosović ( cnr, Небојша Косовић; born 24 February 1995) is a Montenegrin professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Chinese Super League club Meizhou Hakka and the Montenegro national team. Mijat Gaćinović (, ; born 8 February 1995) is a Serbian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Greek Super League club AEK Athens and the Serbia national team. Vanja Milinković-Savić ( sr-Cyrl, Вања Милинковић-Савић, ; born 20 February 1997) is a Serbian professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Italian club Torino. Nikola Milinković (; born 19 March 1968) is a Serbian retired Association football, footballer who played as a midfielder. Career Born in Sanski Most, SR Bosnia and Herzegovina, at the time part of Yugoslavia, Milinković started playing with local side Radnički Zdena. Just before the Bosnian War started, he moved to Serbia and played with FK Bečej. He was spotted by Spanish club UE Lleida, Lleida that signed him in 1993. He moved to UD Almería, Almería two years later where he had a short spell. The Supercoppa Italiana ( en, Italian Super Cup) is an annual football match contested by the winners of the Serie A and the Coppa Italia in the previous season.
