Sergei Vladimirovich Kopylov (russian: Серге́й Владимирович Копылов; born 29 July 1960 in Tula) is a racing cyclist from the Soviet Union. The track time trial is a track cycling event where cyclists compete individually against the clock to record the fastest time over the specified distance from a standing start.
