Sergei Frantsev
Sergey Sergeyevich Frantsev (russian: Серге́й Серге́евич Фра́нцев; born 17 March 1959) is a Russian professional football coach. Managerial career Nõmme Kalju On 5 November 2015, Frantsev was named as manager of the Estonian Meistriliiga club Nõmme Kalju. After finishing third both in 2016 and 2017 Frantsev and Kalju finally won the league title in 2018. Kalju also won the pre season Estonian Supercup in 2019. The club's best result under Frantsev in European competitions was the third qualifying round in the 2016–17 UEFA Europa League, beating Maccabi Haifa on the way. Kursk ( rus, Курск, p=ˈkursk) is a city and the administrative center of Kursk Oblast, Russia, located at the confluence of the Kur, Tuskar, and Seym rivers. JK Sillamäe Kalev, commonly known as Sillamäe Kalev, or simply as Sillamäe, is a football club, based in Sillamäe, Estonia. Founded in 1957, Sillamäe Kalev was one of the founding members of the Meistriliiga. The club competed in the Meistriliiga, the top flight of Estonian football in 2017, but was declared bankrupt in March 2018. Its football academy continued and took over the name, continuing in the II liiga, 4th level in the Estonian football league system. History Sillamäe Kalev was founded in 1957 and competed in the Estonian SSR Football Championship. In 1992, the club became one of the founding members of the Meistriliiga. The 2014 Meistriliiga, also known as A. Le Coq Premium Liiga due to sponsorship reasons, was the 24th season of the Meistriliiga, the first level in the Estonian football system. The season ran from 1 March 2014 to 8 November 2014. Levadia successfully defended the title, securing the championship in the last round. Teams Kuressaare were relegated to the 2014 Esiliiga after finishing in the bottom of the table at the end of the 2013 season, ending their five-year tenure in the top flight. They were replaced by Lokomotiv, Esiliiga runners-up and first among promotion-eligible teams. Lokomotiv will make their first appearance in the top division. The 2018 Meistriliiga (known as A. Le Coq Premium Liiga for sponsorship reasons) was the 28th season of the Meistriliiga, the highest division of Estonian football system. The season was scheduled to begin on 25 February 2018, but was postponed due to a cold wave. On 3 March, the season began with four out of five second round matches held in indoor arena.
