Serdar Apaydın (born 21 October 1966 in Turkey) is a retired Turkish professional basketball player and former assistant coach of Fenerbahçe. He is the current Head Coach of Antalya B.B. He was famous with his spectacular 3 point shoots and helped lot of times to Turkey national basketball team. The former shooting guard and small forward is 1.98 m. He finish his career for make his army duty in 2001. The Turkey men's national basketball team ( tr, Türkiye Millî Basketbol Takımı) represents Turkey in international basketball tournaments. They are governed by the Turkish Basketball Federation. Their nickname is the ''12 Dev Adam'', meaning 12 Giant Men. Turkey has competed at every major international basketball tournament. Çukurova Sanayi (''English: Çukurova Industry'') was a professional basketball club that was based in Tarsus, Mersin, Turkey. History Çukurova Sanayi was founded in 1978 as Tarsus Schweppes Gençlik ve Spor Kulübü. At the end of the 1991-92 season Çukurova Sanayi has withdrawn from the league due to financial reasons.
