Selsbakk Idrettsforening is a Norwegian sports club from Trondheim, Sør-Trøndelag. It has sections for team handball, gymnastics, track and field and Nordic skiing. It was founded on 15 May 1945 as a merger of ''Forsøket SL'', ''Selsbakk TF'' and the Workers' Confederation of Sports club ''SK Fram''. In 1953 it had no gymnastics section, but since then it has lost sections for association football and swimming. One of these clubs was founded on 25 January 1911, which the club now counts as its founding date. The club has had success in athletics, with Martin Stokken representing the club. Granåsen is a ski jumping hill, located in Granåsen Ski Centre in Trondheim, Norway. Tonje Angelsen
Tonje Angelsen (born 17 January 1990) is a Norwegian high jumper. Angelsen was considered a promising high jumper when she set a Norwegian age record at 1.82 m 16 years old (2006). Her career stalled somewhat because of injury until 2009. In 2010 and 2011 she qualified to several international championships but did not make it to the finals. In January 2012 she managed a personal best of 1.93 m indoors. At meeting in Oslo on 24 May she jumped to a new personal best outdoors of 1.95 m which was also the qualifying height for the 2012 Summer Olympics in London. On 28 June 2012 she won a silver medal at the 2012 European Athletics Championships The 2012 European Athletics Championships were held in Helsinki, Finland between 27 June and 1 July 2012. Martin Stokken
Martin Stokken (16 January 1923 – 25 March 1984) was a Norwegian cross-country skier who competed at the 1948 and 1952 Summer and 1952 and 1956 Winter Olympics. At the Summer Olympics he ran 5000 m and 10,000 m, finishing fourth in the latter event in 1948. At the Winter Games he won a silver medal in the 4 × 10 km relay in 1952, placing fourth in 1956. His best individual result was six place in the 18 km in 1952 and in 15 km in 1956. At the world skiing championships Stokken won a bronze medal in the 4 × 10 km relay event in 1950 and placed fourth over 50 km in 1954. In 1954 he also won the 50 km race at the Holmenkollen ski festival and won the Holmenkollen medal. Earlier in 1949 he was awarded the Egebergs Ærespris. The Workers' Federation of Sports ( no, Arbeidernes Idrettsforbund), often just called the AIF, was a sporting organization in Norway between 1924 and 1946.Heinemann, Klaus.
