Seizō Fukumoto
(3 February 1943 – 1 January 2021) was a Japanese actor. Biography He started acting at age 15 in Kyoto, the capital of Japanese cinema. A specialist in film and television jidaigeki set in the Edo period, he most often played a rōnin, but in his hundreds of appearances he took nearly every role. His forte was '' kirareyaku'', the person who loses the sword fight. In addition, he appeared in modern dramas in roles such as police and yakuza. The American film ''The Last Samurai'' brought him before an international audience in the role of the Silent Samurai. Fukumoto played a lead role for the first time in the film Uzumasa Limelight. Death Fukumoto died on 1 January 2021, at his home in Kyoto, due to lung cancer. He was 77 years old. Seizō Katō
was a Japanese actor, voice actor and narrator who worked for Haikyo (Tokyo Actor's Consumer's Cooperative Society). Kato was born in Tokyo. He was noted for his role as Megatron and Galvatron from the 1st Transformers series until '' Transformers: The Headmasters''. He also did the ADR for Takeshi Katō's character in Akira Kurosawa's ''Ran'' after the original actor had become injured. He died of bladder cancer at a hospital in Itabashi, Tokyo. Seizō Kobayashi
Admiral was a Japanese naval commander, commander of the Combined Fleet of the Imperial Japanese Navy (1931–1933) and the 17th Governor-General of Taiwan (1936–1940). Early life and career Kobayashi was born in 1877 in Hiroshima and pursued a naval career. After graduating from the Imperial Naval Academy with honors, in 1898 Kobayashi first served as an ensign on the corvette '' Hiei'' and by 1900 was promoted as a second lieutenant on the battleship '' Hatsuse''. In the years 1902–1905 he was an artillery officer in the cruiser '' Naniwa'' and in 1912 was seconded to serve as an officer on . was a Japanese rose hybridizer and the director of the Keisei Rose Research Institute in Japan. He has been described as one of the leading modern Japanese rose breeders. Suzuki opened ''Todoroki Rose Garden'' in Tokyo in 1938. Seizō Watase
is a Japanese manga artist and illustrator born 15 February 1945 in Kobe, Hyōgo Prefecture, Japan. Outside of being an illustrator for numerous posters, books, and other works, he is most well known for his dramatic romance manga '' Heart Cocktail'', which had sold over 5 million copies. He won the 1974 Shogakukan Big Comic Prize. In 1987, Watase received the Bungeishunjū Manga Award for his work . In addition to various exhibits in Japan, Watase held his first major exhibit in the United States at the Japanese American Cultural and Community Center in Los Angeles, California in 1998. Biography From shortly after birth until high school, Watase lived in Kitakyūshū, Fukuoka Prefecture.
