Sitt Nyein Aye
Sitt Nyein Aye ( my, စစ်ငြိမ်းအေး, ; born 24 April 1956) is a Burmese artist. Sitt Nyein Aye came from a small village, near Nyaung-U Township in Upper Myanmar.Christina Fink, Living silence: Burma under military rule'. Zed Books, 2001. . Pag208 He was born Sein Aye () to Daw Than Swe and U Tun Pe. His parents were farmers with no money for education. Monks in the village monastery provided the resources needed for him to attend high school. He secretly studied modern art but this was frowned on by his teachers, being dubbed "mad art". He failed to achieve the top prize that would have allowed him to study abroad. Instead he lived on the streets and sold artworks to passers-by. Sitt Nyein Aye spent two months in custody for sketching the ruins of a student union that had been blown up by Ne Win in 1962. As a supporter of the pro-democracy movement in Burma, he has lived in exile in India.

Sein Hlaing
Sein Hlaing ( my, စိန်လှိုင်, ; 10 November 1918 – 7 May 2010) was a Burmese football player and coach, regarded as being the most successful coach in the history of the national team. Sein Hlaing was awarded FIFA Order of Merit in 2004 in recognition of his achievements as a coach. Biography Sein Hlaing was born in Tamwe township in Yangon to Daw Su and U Yeit. He attended Myoma National High School. He began playing football at a young age and appeared for the Seven Stars club while still at high school in 1938. Later in 1940, he played for the Friends Union club in Burma's top level of club football as well as the Burma national team as a right midfielder. After his playing career ended, he took up his first coaching post with the Criminal Investigation Department club in 1952. Sein Lwin ( my, စိန်လွင်, ; 27 January 1924 – 9 April 2004) was a Burmese politician and retired military general in the Myanmar Army. He was served as the sixth president of Burma for 17 days in 1988, following the resignation of San Yu. Sein Lwin was dubbed the "Butcher of Rangoon" for his brutal suppression of successive student-led demonstrations in the capital. He was served the brutal cohort of Ne Win and the man responsible for the ruthless suppression of dissent, notably antigovernment protests in 1962 in which scores of university students were slaughtered. Po Sein ( my, ဘိုးစိန်, ; 18 April 1882 – 11 January 1954) was an influential 20th-century traditional leading Burmese dance actor in Myanmar Drama Event and singer, who has been credited with innovating and modernizing Burmese performance arts, in dance, song, costumes, and stagecraft. He also established the Mandalay-based performance troupe, "Sein Maha Thabin" (), which remained family-run until 1993, when it was closed by his grandson Ye Sein. U Sein Than
U Sein Than is a Burmese land reform activist who was imprisoned for his role in protests in Michaungkan village, Thingangyun Township, Yangon Region. In the 1990s, the Tatmadaw (Burmese armed forces) seized hundreds of thousands of acres of farmland in the region. U Sein Than led a protest against these seizures in November 2013, and a sit-in in Yangon's Maha Bandula Park in March 2014. In April 2014, he organized a protest outside the home of opposition leader Aung San Suu Kyi, calling on her to intervene in the dispute. Mai Šein (born 10 May 1946 in Räägi, Saaremaa) is an Estonian architect. Mai Šein studied in the National Art Institute of the Estonian SSR (today's Estonian Academy of Arts) in the department of architecture. She graduated from the institute in 1970. From 1970 to 1990, Mai Šein worked in the Tallinn office of the soviet design bureau Tsentrosojuz Projekt. Currently Mai Šein works in the architectural bureau Mai Šein OÜ.
