is a Japanese politician of the Liberal Democratic Party, a member of the House of Representatives in the Diet (national legislature). Seiji Miyaguchi
was a Japanese actor who appeared in films of Akira Kurosawa, Yasujirō Ozu, Mikio Naruse, Tadashi Imai and many others. He succumbed to lung cancer at the age of 71. was a Japanese photographer. Career Kurata was born in Chūō-ku, Tokyo, 1945. He graduated from the Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music in 1968. He taught in secondary school and worked in oils, printmaking, and experimental movies. He practised under Daidō Moriyama in an independent photography workshop in 1976. Kurata won the fifth Kimura Ihei Award in 1980 for his first book, ''Flash Up.''
