A segue ( , ; ) is a transition from one topic or section to the next. In music In music, ''segue'' is a direction to the performer. It means ''continue (the next section) without a pause''. The term ''attacca'' is used synonymously. For written music, it implies a transition from one section to the next without any break. In improvisation, it is often used for transitions created as a part of the performance, leading from one section to another. ''Fantastic Planet'' is the third album by the American alternative rock band Failure, released on August 13, 1996, by Slash Records and Warner Bros. Records. It was the last album released on Slash Records prior to its acquisition by London Recordings in 1996. The album was produced by Failure themselves in a process that took longer than their previous two albums, with each song being recorded and produced soon after being written. In film, a match cut is a cut from one shot to another in which the composition of the two shots are matched by the action or subject and subject matter.
