''Secrets of Aspen'' is an American reality television series that aired from January 3 until February 21, 2010. Premise Cameras follow six single women who live in the ski resort town of Aspen, Colorado. Production The production company used 35 crew members while filming the show, 12 of which were local, and spent $701,000 in the city during the shooting of the series. Episodes Reception Ant Mitchell of The Michigan Daily wrote "Secrets of Aspen never pretends to be anything but what it is - trash". John Griffiths of Us Weekly called the show "dishy and fast-paced fun". In January, the show averaged 535,000 viewers while the season finale was watched by 487,000 viewers. Aspen, Colorado
Aspen is a home rule municipality that is the county seat and the most populous municipality of Pitkin County, Colorado, United States. The city population was 7,004 at the 2020 United States Census. Aspen is in a remote area of the Rocky Mountains' Sawatch Range and Elk Mountains, along the Roaring Fork River at an elevation just below above sea level on the Western Slope, west of the Continental Divide. Aspen City Hall, known in the past as Armory Hall, Fraternal Hall, is located at the intersection of South Galena Street and East Hopkins Avenue in Aspen, Colorado, United States. It is a brick building dating to the 1890s. In 1975 it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It was built to serve both as headquarters for the local militia and as a community gathering place. It served a variety of community-related functions, eventually becoming city hall in the mid-20th century.
