The Secretary of State for Territorial Administrations, currently named Secretary of State for Territorial Policy is the highest official of the Ministry of Territorial Policy responsible for the development of the Government's policy about Spain's territorial organization as well as responsible for the relations between the central government and the regional and local authorities. It's also responsible for the supervision of the decentralized departments of the central government in the regions and impulse and coordination of the Conference of Presidents (the main forum of collaboration between the Prime Minister and the regional leaders), as well as the Presidency of the Council of Official Languages in the General Administration of the State. The Most Excellent (Spanish language, Spanish: ''Excelentísimo Señor'' (male) or ''Excelentísima Señora'' (female), literally "Most Excellent Sir/Madam") is an honorific prefix that is traditionally applied to certain people in Spain and certain Spanish-speaking countries. Juan Manuel Eguiagaray
Juan Manuel Eguiagaray (born 1945) is a Spanish economist, academic, businessman and retired politician. He served as the minister of industry and energy from 1993 to 1996. Early life and education Eguiagaray was born into a family of Basque origin in Bilbao in 1945. He received degrees in economics and law from the University of Deusto in Bilbao and holds a PhD degree in economics. Career From 1970 to 1982 Eguiagaray taught economics at the University of Deusto. Javier Arenas Bocanegra (born 28 December 1957 in Seville, Andalusia, Spain) is a Spanish politician. Although born in Seville, he was raised in Olvera, hometown of his parents. He is married with two children, graduated in law and has an MA in Business Management. Jesús Posada
Jesús Posada Moreno (born 4 April 1945) is the former President of the Congress of Deputies, the lower house of the Spanish Cortes Generales. He has worked as a civil engineer and economist. From 1979 to 1981 he served as civil governor of the province of Huelva in Andalusia. He went on to represent Soria in the regional parliament of Castile and Leon from 1983.
