Sebastian Bach
Sebastian Philip Bierk (born April 3, 1968), known professionally as Sebastian Bach, is a Canadian-American singer who achieved mainstream success as the frontman of the hard rock band Skid Row (American band), Skid Row from 1987 to 1996. He has acted on Broadway theatre, Broadway and has made appearances in film and television such as ''Trailer Park Boys'', ''The Masked Singer'' and ''Gilmore Girls''. He continues his music career as a solo artist. Early years Bach was born in the Bahamas, the son of artist David Bierk and was raised in Peterborough, Ontario after the family moved there in the early 1970s for his father's teaching job. Freeport is a city, district and free trade zone on the island of Grand Bahama in the northwest part of The Bahamas. Matt Fallon (born Matthew Frankel; September 30, 1965) is a heavy metal singer best known for his work with Skid Row and Anthrax. Early life Fallon moved to central New Jersey at the age of eight with his parents and younger brother, and by 15 he was playing in a neighborhood garage band with drummer Paul Monroe (aka Paul Schneiderman) who later played with the Los Angeles–based band, XYZ. Lakefield College School (sometimes called LCS, The Grove or simply Lakefield) is a private day and boarding school located north of the village of Lakefield, Ontario. It was the first Canadian member of Round Square, an international affiliation of schools. History LCS was founded in 1879 by Sam Strickland and Col. Sparham Sheldrake (in Strickland's home, called Grove House). This is the last Skid Row album with singer Sebastian Bach and drummer Rob Affuso, and the last one to be released on Atlantic. ''Slave to the Grind'' is the second studio album by American heavy metal band Skid Row, released on June 11, 1991, by Atlantic Records. The album displayed a harsher sound than its predecessor and lyrics that avoided hard rock cliches. ''Slave to the Grind'' is the first heavy metal album to chart at number one on the ''Billboard'' 200 in the Nielsen SoundScan era, selling 134,000 copies in its opening week.
