David Seath
David Coutts Seath (31 March 1914 – 18 October 1997) was a New Zealand politician of the National Party. Biography Seath was born in Musselburgh, Scotland. He received his education at Waihi District High School, Waihi School of Mines, and the University of Edinburgh. From 1937, he was a public accountant in Taumarunui. During World War II, he was with the Royal New Zealand Naval Volunteer Reserve (RNZNVR), and served as Lieutenant Commander with British naval forces. He was Mayor of Taumarunui from 1953 to 1955. He was elected in the electorate in the , following the retirement of National Party colleague Walter Broadfoot. In 1960 Seath was appointed as Parliamentary Under-Secretary to the Minister of Finance, and held that position from 12 December 1960 to 24 January 1962. Ethel Seath
Ethel Seath (February 5, 1879 – April 10, 1963) was a Canadian artist. Seath was a prominent figure on the Montreal art scene for sixty years and her artistic work included being a painter, printmaker (etching), commercial artist, and art instructor at the all-girls private school, The Study, in Montreal. Seath’s oil and watercolour paintings were primarily still life and landscape, exploring colour and adding abstract elements to everyday scenes. Career Due to her father’s failing business, chronic health issues and later separation from her mother, Seath joined the workforce right after high school to help support her mother and four siblings. She spent two decades as a commercial illustrator for various newspapers, the ''Montreal Witness'' and later the ''Montreal Star'', constantly improving with supportive mentors at the companies. Seath Andrew Holswich (born 6 June 1977) is a former Australian politician. He was a Liberal National Party member of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland for Pine Rivers from 2012 to 2015. He served as Assistant Minister for Natural Resources and Mines from May 2014 to January 2015. Shawfield
Shawfield is an industrial/commercial area of the Royal Burgh of Rutherglen in South Lanarkshire, Scotland, located to the north of the town centre. It is bordered to the east by the River Clyde, to the north by the Glasgow neighbourhood of Oatlands and the adjacent Richmond Park, to the south-west by Glasgow's Polmadie and Toryglen districts, and to the south-east by Rutherglen's historic Main Street and its Burnhill neighbourhood, although it is separated from these southerly areas by the West Coast Main Line railway tracks and the M74 motorway.
