Season Of Poison
''Season of Poison'' is the second studio album by American indie rock band Shiny Toy Guns. It was released on November 4, 2008 through Universal Motown Records Group. It peaked at #47 on the ''Billboard'' Hot 100 the following week. The album introduced the band's 3rd female vocalist, Sisely Treasure. The album featured two singles: "Ricochet!" and "Ghost Town". ''Season of Poison'' generated far less hype than ''We Are Pilots'' and failed to sell well, resulting in a low sales count of 60,000 copies. In 2009, Jeremy Dawson admitted via Shiny Toy Guns' official website that while he believes ''Season of Poison'' is a great album, it was indeed too different too soon, and promised a return to their electronic roots for the band's third album. Binary Finary are a British trance act, originally comprising Matt Laws, Ricky Grant and Stuart Matheson. They are best known for the dance hit single "1998", especially for the Paul van Dyk and Gouryella remixes, which charted in many countries. Sisely Dove Treasure (born November 28, 1982) is an American singer and dancer, notable for the song "All Around the World" released by Dreamworks Records in July 2003 and appearing in Billboard Magazine's Top 40 Dance charts the same year. "Morning Star", another song off the ''Punk Debutante'' album, made top ten on ''Billboard''s dance chart. In 2008, she became one of three vocalists for the rock group Shiny Toy Guns. In 2011, she released her solo single, "That You Like." On November 28, a preview video of a new single titled "Million Hands" was released on her official YouTube page. The ''Billboard'' Hot 100 is the music industry standard record chart in the United States for songs, published weekly by '' Billboard'' magazine. Chart rankings are based on sales (physical and digital), radio play, and online streaming in the United States. The weekly tracking period for sales was initially Monday to Sunday when Nielsen started tracking sales in 1991, but was changed to Friday to Thursday in July 2015. Indie rock is a Music subgenre, subgenre of rock music that originated in the United States, United Kingdom and New Zealand from the 1970s to the 1980s.
