Sean Doherty (footballer)
Sean Anthony Doherty (born 10 February 1985) is an English former footballer who played as a left-sided midfielder. Spending his youth at the Everton academy, when he was signed by Fulham in 2001 (aged 16) he was considered one of the best young players in England. After a loan spell with Blackpool in 2003, he moved to the Netherlands to play for ADO Den Haag in 2005 – having never made a first team appearance for Fulham. In 2006, he ended up at Accrington Stanley via Port Vale. He spent some time on loan at Southport, before he left for Belgian club Royal Antwerp in 2007. The next year he signed with Irish side Sligo Rovers. He 2010 he joined Marine via Witton Albion, before signing with Colwyn Bay the following year. In 2012, he played for AFC Liverpool and Droyslden, before returning to Marine in February 2013. Basingstoke ( ) is the largest town in the county of Hampshire. A football scout attends football matches on the behalf of clubs to collect intelligence. Typically, there are two types of scouts: player scouts and tactical scouts. Player scouts or physical scouts evaluate the talent of footballers with a view to signing them on a professional contract for their employers. Some scouts focus on discovering promising young players and future stars, others are employed to run the rule on potential signings. Smaller clubs might only scout within their own country region, while larger and richer clubs can have extensive international scouting networks. The National League North, formerly Conference North, is a division of the National League in England, immediately below the National League division. Northern Premier League Premier Division
The Northern Premier League is an English football league that was founded in 1968. It has four divisions: the Premier Division (which stands at level 7 of the English football league system), Division One East, Division One West and Division One Midlands (which stand at level 8). Geographically, the league covers all of Northern England and the northern/central areas of the Midlands, and western parts of East Anglia. The 2009–10 season was the 42nd season for the Northern Premier League Premier Division, and the third season for the Northern Premier League Division One North and South. Martin Foyle
Martin John Foyle (born 2 May 1963) is an English former professional footballer and manager who is the Head of Recruitment at club St Mirren. In his 20-year playing career he played 533 League games, scoring 155 goals. As a manager, he took charge of Port Vale and York City, Northwich Victoria, Hereford United and Southport. He started his career with Southampton as a trainee and after spending four years at the club, during which he was loaned out on two occasions, he joined Aldershot for a £10,000 fee in August 1984. An £140,000 move to Oxford United followed in March 1987, and he became Port Vale's record signing when they paid £375,000 for him in June 1991.
