Sean Daly
Sean Daly (born 1972) is an Irish hurler who presently plays with Lismore GAA at club level and formerly with Waterford GAA at inter-county level. Sean for a time also played with Erin's Own GAA of Glounthaune, County Cork. Daly's greatest achievement was winning the All-Ireland Under-21 Hurling Championship with Waterford in 1992. Lismore GAA
Lismore GAA is a Gaelic Athletic Association club based in Lismore, County Waterford, Ireland. The club enters teams in both GAA codes each year, which includes two adult hurling teams and one adult Gaelic football team in the Waterford County Championships. The club has won county titles in both Hurling and football, but in recent history the club has been mainly concerned with the game of hurling. The club's Camogie teams have also enjoyed much success. The club has won the County Senior Hurling Championship 3 times, 1925(beating Erin's Own 4-2 to 2-3), the club had to wait 66 years before their next success in 1991(beating Mount Sion 5-7 to 1-5) and 1993(beating Passage 0-8 to 0-7). Croke Park ( ga, Páirc an Chrócaigh, ) is a Gaelic games stadium in Dublin, Ireland. Named after Archbishop Thomas Croke, it is referred to as Croker by GAA fans and locals. It serves as both the principal national stadium of Ireland and headquarters of the Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA). The All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship of 1998 (known for sponsorship reasons as the Guinness Hurling Championship 1998) was the 112th staging of Ireland's premier hurling competition. Offaly GAA, Offaly won the championship, beating Kilkenny GAA, Kilkenny 2–16 to 1–13 in the 1998 All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship Final, final at Croke Park, Dublin. Austin Stack Park is a GAA stadium in Tralee, County Kerry, Ireland. It is one of the stadiums used by Kerry GAA's Gaelic football team and the stadium of the hurling team.
