Sam Seaborn
Samuel Norman Seaborn is a fictional character played by Rob Lowe on the television serial drama ''The West Wing''. From the beginning of the series in 1999 until the middle of the fourth season in 2003, he is deputy White House Communications Director in the administration of President Josiah Bartlet played by Martin Sheen. The character departed from subsequent seasons after Lowe decided to leave the series, although he returned for several episodes in the final season when he became Deputy Chief of Staff to the new president portrayed by Jimmy Smits. Series creator Aaron Sorkin originally conceived Sam Seaborn as the main character in ''The West Wing''. Seaburn
Seaburn is a seaside resort and northeastern suburb of Sunderland, North East England. The village of Whitburn borders the area to the north. To the west and south-west is Fulwell and to the south the coastal resort of Roker. Virtually all of Seaburn consists of low-density private housing interspersed with open parkland, laid out in the middle of the 20th century. Much of the housing is amongst the most expensive in Sunderland, with many large mansion houses situated along the coast, and on adjoining streets. The seafront is home to a sandy blue flag beach, seaside promenades, two amusement arcades, children's playgrounds, fish and chip shops, small guest houses and two 4 star hotels, The Grand Hotel and the Seaburn Inn. Rodney Seaborn
Rodney Frederick Marsden Seaborn (1912 − 17 May 2008) was an Australian psychiatrist, businessman, and philanthropist in the performing arts sector. He was responsible for supporting many theatre companies and professionals in Sydney, and was an advocate of Australian theatre. He was the founding president of the Seaborn, Broughton & Walford Foundation (SBW), and the Rodney Seaborn Playwrights Award was established in 2000 funded by him and continued by a dedicated trust fund. Seaborn McDaniel Denson
Seaborn McDaniel Denson (1854 – April 18, 1936) was a notable Alabama musician and singing school teacher within the Sacred Harp tradition. He was a son of The Rev. Levi Phillips Denson, a Methodist minister, and Julia Ann Jones Denson. Seaborn Denson was born April 9, 1854, in Arbacoochee, Alabama. He married Sidney Burdette. S. M. Denson wrote most of the alto lines that were added to the 1911 J. S. James ''Original Sacred Harp''. Along with his brother Thomas Jackson Denson, Seaborn Denson formed the Sacred Harp Publishing Co. In 1933 they purchased the rights to James' ''Sacred Harp'' and began a revision. This revision, known as the ''Original Sacred Harp (Denson Revision)'', was published in 1936. Robert Seaborn
Robert Lowder Seaborn (July 9, 1911 – February 15, 1993) was a Canadian minister of the Anglican faith. He was the Anglican Bishop of Newfoundland in Canada from 1965 to 1980. Born in Toronto, Ontario he attended Normal Model School and completed high school at the University of Toronto Schools. He earned a BA in Classics in 1932 and a degree in divinity at University of Trinity College at the University of Toronto and spent 1936–37 at Oxford University. He was ordained deacon in 1934, priest in 1935 and served as assistant curate in his initial parish, St. Simon-the-Apostle Church in Toronto, followed by St. James' Cathedral Toronto from 1937 to 1941. He then became rector of St. Peter's in Cobourg, Ontario (1941–48). Richard Seaborn
Richard Harry Seaborn (born April 25, 1917 in Winnipeg, Manitoba; died March 27, 1991) was a politician in Manitoba, Canada. He was a member of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba from 1958 to 1966. The son of Ernest Frederick Seaborn, Seaborn was educated at the University of Alberta and the Juilliard School of Music in New York. He later spent three years in a seminary with the intention of becoming a minister (during his time in the legislature, he was a member of the Salvation Army). He served as music director of CJAY-TV, and was concertmaster and assistant conductor of the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra from 1942 to 1957. Seaborn also holds a Public Utility Accountancy Certificate.
