''Screwed in Tallinn'' ( sv, Torsk på Tallinn) is a 1999 Swedish comedy-drama film written by and starring the comedy group Killinggänget, and directed by their member Tomas Alfredson. Made in a mockumentary style, it revolves around a group of Swedish single men who travel by bus to Estonia where they have been promised they will meet Estonian women. The film was one of four 60-minute films Killinggänget produced for Sveriges Television in 1999 under the label ''Fyra små filmer'' ("Four small films"). It received the Golden Gate Award for best television comedy at the 2000 San Francisco International Film Festival. The Swedish Film Institute ( sv, Svenska Filminstitutet) was founded in 1963 to support and develop the Swedish film industry. The institute is housed in the ''Filmhuset'' building located in Gärdet, Östermalm in Stockholm. The building, completed in 1970, was designed by architect Peter Celsing. Function The Swedish Film Institute supports Swedish filmmaking and allocates grants for production, distribution and public showing of Swedish films in Sweden. ''NileCity 105.6'' was a Sweden, Swedish 6-part television show broadcast by Sveriges Television in 1995. It was the first major success of the Swedish comedy group Killinggänget. Each episode was titled "Vuxna män gör saker tillsammans" ("Adult men doing things together"). Set in Stockholm, the show revolves around the low-budget radio station NileCity 105.6, its staff and a number of related characters.
