Kyle Jones (born in Camden, New Jersey), better known as Scratch, is an American hip hop musician who specializes in Beatboxing and vocal scratch sounds. He is best known as a former member of Grammy Award-winning band The Roots. He is well known in the hip hop and beatbox community for his outstanding ability to simulate the music of a Hip hop Turntablist using only his voice and loop machines. History Originally a member of Philadelphia based rap group, Schoolz of Thought, he joined The Roots in 1996. Scratch released his debut solo album '' The Embodiment of Instrumentation'' in 2002 on the Ropeadope record label. Bilal Sayeed Oliver (born August 23, 1979) is an American singer, songwriter, and record producer. He is an independent artist, noted for his wide vocal range, work across multiple genres, and intense live performances. Pedro Louis Zayas (born September 25, 1977), known as Peedi Crakk and Peedi Peedi, is an American rapper of Puerto Rican descent. He is a member of State Property and is currently signed to Amalgam Digital and G-Unit Philly. Career The North Philly MC first signed to Roc-A-Fella Records in 2001 with the help of Freeway, a friend of Peedi since high school who had already joined the label through Beanie Sigel and his State Property entourage. In 2002, Peedi's Megahertz produced debut single, " One for Peedi Crakk", charted in the R&B/hip-hop Top 40. Goldie Lookin Chain are a Welsh comedy hip hop group from Newport, south-east Wales. The group produces humorous, controversial and often explicit songs that satirise hip hop, today's consumer society, the "chav" culture and life in Newport and South Wales in general.
