Scottish Cricket Team In Ireland In 2015
The Scottish cricket team toured Ireland from 18 to 21 June 2015 to play four Twenty20 International (T20I) matches. Scotland won the four-match series 2–0, with two games declared no-results due to rain. Originally planned as a three-match series, an extra game was added to the schedule after the second match was abandoned without a ball being bowled due to rain. The tour was a warm-up for the 2015 ICC World Twenty20 Qualifier which took place in Ireland the following month. Squads On 16 June Ireland's Paul Stirling and John Mooney were removed from the squad. Kevin O'Brien (cricketer)
Kevin Joseph O'Brien (born 4 March 1984) is an Irish former international cricketer who plays for Leinster and Railway Union Cricket Club. On 16 August 2022, he announced his retirement from international cricket. He scored the fastest century ever in 50-over World Cup, coming from 50 balls against England on 2 March 2011. Andrew David Poynter (born 25 April 1987) is a former Irish cricketer. Poynter is a right-handed batsman and off-spin bowler who was trained at the Middlesex Cricket Academy and he made his first-class debut, aged eighteen for Middlesex County Cricket Club against Cambridge UCCE at Fenner's in 2005. Michael Leask
Michael Alexander Leask (born 29 October 1990) is a Scottish cricketer. He played for Scotland in the 2014 Cricket World Cup Qualifier tournament. On 9 May 2014 at Aberdeen, he scored 42 off 16 balls in an ODI against England and was named as the man of the match, despite Scotland losing the game. Alasdair Campbell Evans (born 12 January 1989) is an English born Scottish cricketer. Evans is a right-handed batsman who bowls right-arm medium-fast. He was born in Pembury, Kent. Con De Lange
Con de Wet de Lange (11 February 1981 – 18 April 2019) was a cricketer who represented Scotland. He was a left-arm orthodox spin all-rounder and a right-handed batsman. Born in South Africa, De Lange made his first-class debut for Boland in March 1998 against the touring Sri Lankans. He played for Northamptonshire County Cricket Club in the 2012 and 2013 seasons. Joshua Henry Davey (born 3 August 1990) is a Scottish cricketer, who plays for Somerset County Cricket Club having previously played for Middlesex as well as representing his country in One Day Internationals (ODIs) and Twenty20 Internationals. Richard Douglas Berrington (born 3 April 1987) is a Scottish cricketer. He played for Scotland in the 2006 Under-19 Cricket World Cup in Sri Lanka, and has since played first-class, One Day International, and List A cricket for Scotland. In June 2022, Berrington was named as the captain of the national team, after Kyle Coetzer stepped down from leading the side.
