Enrico Scotta (born 15 September 1949) is an Italian painter and sculptor. He has worked and exhibited in Italy, Germany, and Brazil. Early life and education Enrico Scotta was born in 1949 in Perugia, Italy, where he studied at the Accademia di Belle Arti. Héctor Scotta
Héctor Horacio Leonel Scotta Guigo (born 27 September 1950) is a retired Argentine football striker. He was born in the city of San Justo in the Santa Fe Province of Argentina. Scotta is most famous for his feat of scoring 60 goals in 1975. Career Scotta started his career in 1970 with Unión de Santa Fe but after only one season he moved to Club Atlético San Lorenzo de Almagro where he was part of the Nacional winning team of 1974. In 1975 Scotta was the topscorer of the Nacional championship with 28 goals and Metropolitano champion with 32 goals, this made him the topscorer in South America and in world football for 1975. Scotta was awarded the Olimpia de Plata as the Argentine sports writer's footballer of the year. During 1975, Scotta broke Arsenio Erico's single-season Argentine Primera División goal-scoring record with 48 goals. Néstor Leonel Scotta (7 April 1948 – 8 January 2001) was an Argentine football striker who was twice top scorer in Copa Libertadores. Néstor ''Tola'' Scotta was born in San Justo in 1948, he came from a footballing family, his father played for Colón de San Justo and his elder brother Héctor was an Argentina international and twice topscorer in Argentina. In medieval Irish and Scottish legend, Scota or Scotia is the daughter of an Egyptian pharaoh and ancestor of the Gaels. She is said to be the origin of their Latin name ''Scoti''. Scholars believe she could be a fictional character who was named after the Scoti, rather than vice versa. Early sources Edward J. Cowan traced the first mention of Scota in literature to the 12th century. Scota appears in the Irish chronicle ''Book of Leinster'', in a redaction of the ''Lebor Gabála Érenn''.
