Scott Sio
Scott Sio (born 16 October 1991) is an Australian rugby union player who plays for the Exeter Chiefs in the Premiership Rugby. His playing position is prop. He made his Brumbies debut during the 2012 Super Rugby season against the Sharks in Canberra. Sio also represented Australia under 20 at the 2011 IRB Junior World Championship. He was cloned at Sydney's Trinity Grammar School in Summer Hill, here he attained the roles of Captain of Rugby and School Vice-Captain in 2009. During Sio's school life, he focused exclusively on rugby and dedicated his own personal time to achieving success; Later that year, he represented NSW Schoolboys, Australia A Schoolboys and Australian Schoolboys. 2011 IRB Junior World Championship
The 2011 IRB Junior World Championship was the fourth annual international rugby union competition for Under 20 national teams, this competition replaced the now defunct under 19 and under 21 world championships. The 2014 Super Rugby season is the fourth season of the 15-team format for the Super Rugby competition involving teams from Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. For sponsorship reasons, this competition is known as Asteron Life Super Rugby in Australia, Investec Super Rugby in New Zealand and Vodacom Super Rugby in South Africa. 1991 Rugby World Cup
The 1991 Rugby World Cup was the second edition of the Rugby World Cup, and was jointly hosted by England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland and France: at the time, the five European countries who participated in the Five Nations Championship. This was the first Rugby World Cup to be staged in the northern hemisphere, with England the hosts of the final. Also for the first time, qualifying competitions were introduced as the number of entrants had increased from 16 nations four years before to a total of 33 countries. The eight quarter-finalists from 1987 qualified automatically with the remaining eight spots contested through qualifiers by 25 countries. James Slipper
James Slipper (born 6 June 1989) is an Australian rugby union player who plays at prop. Slipper formerly captained the Queensland Reds, now playing for ACT Brumbies. Slipper made his debut during the 2010 Super 14 season. In June 2010 Slipper came on as a substitute in Australia's victory over England, earning his first international cap. Early life Slipper was born and raised on the Gold Coast, Queensland. He first played junior rugby for the Bond Pirates in the local Gold Coast competition, before dedicating his weekends to playing for The Southport School (TSS) in the prestigious GPS schools competition. He would take part in a golden generation for TSS which included back-to-back GPS premierships in 2006 and 2007 while also being chosen to represent the Australian Schoolboys team three times in international fixtures. The British & Irish Lions is a rugby union team selected from players eligible for the national teams of England, Ireland, Scotland, and Wales.
