Scott Pinckney
Scott Pinckney (born March 13, 1989) is an American professional golfer who has played on the European Tour, Challenge Tour, Web.com Tour, and PGA Tour. Amateur career Pinckney was born in Orem, Utah. He attended Boulder Creek High School in Anthem, Arizona and then Arizona State University from 2008 to 2011. He won the 2010 Trans-Mississippi Amateur Championships at Denver Country Club after scoring a 6-under par 204 (69-66-66) and then beating Kevin Tway on the second playoff hole. As an amateur he played in the 2011 U.S. Open after tying for top spot in sectional qualifying. He scored 79 and 75 and missed the cut. Professional career Pinckney turned professional in July 2011. In the remainder of 2011 he played in a number of Challenge Tour events. He also played in the Nordea Masters where he finished tied for 35th and the Irish Open where he missed the cut. Orem, Utah
Orem is a city in Utah County, Utah, United States, in the northern part of the state. It is adjacent to Provo, Lindon, and Vineyard and is approximately south of Salt Lake City. The AT&T Byron Nelson is a golf tournament in Texas on the PGA Tour, currently hosted by TPC Craig Ranch in McKinney, northeast of Dallas. Held in May, it is one of two PGA Tour stops in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex – which until the 2020-21 PGA Tour, was the only metropolitan area to host two events on separate courses in the area (Las Vegas, Nevada and Savannah, Georgia have since hosted two events on two separate courses). The PGA Championship (often referred to as the US PGA Championship or USPGA outside the United States) is an annual golf tournament conducted by the Professional Golfers' Association of America. It is one of the four men's major championships in professional golf. It was formerly played in mid-August on the third weekend before Labor Day weekend, serving as the fourth and final men's major of the golf season. The Open Championship, often referred to as The Open or the British Open, is the oldest golf tournament in the world, and one of the most prestigious. Founded in 1860, it was originally held annually at Prestwick Golf Club in Scotland. Later the venue rotated between a select group of coastal links golf courses in the United Kingdom. The Masters Tournament (usually referred to as simply The Masters, or the U.S. Masters outside North America) is one of the four major championships in professional golf. Scheduled for the first full week of April, the Masters is the first major of the year, and unlike the others, it is always held at the same location, Augusta National Golf Club, a private course in the city of Augusta, Georgia, in the southeastern United States. Brandon Hagy
Brandon Hagy (born March 21, 1991) is an American professional golfer. In college, he competed for the California Golden Bears. While there, he won the 2014 Byron Nelson Award. After turning pro in 2014, Hagy competed in Web.com Tour Q School but failed to advance to the final stage, and therefore had no status on any major tour in 2015. Through sponsor exemptions and Monday qualifying, he made six starts in 2015 on the Web.com Tour and eight on the PGA Tour, including the 2015 U.S. Open, for which he earned a spot through local and sectional qualifying. Hagy finished tied for 79th at the final stage of Web.com Tour Q School in 2015, earning conditional status for the 2016 Web.com Tour.
