Scott Parel
Scott Parel (born May 15, 1965) is an American professional golfer. Parel was born in Pontiac, Michigan. He graduated from the University of Georgia but did not play college golf. He worked for 10 years as a computer programmer and database administrator after college before becoming a professional golfer. Parel played on the Web.com Tour in 2003, 2005–09, and 2012–15. He won his first title at the 2013 Air Capital Classic. Parel has played only five PGA Tour events, making the cut only once, a T-57 at 2006 BellSouth Classic. He qualified for the U.S. Open twice, in 2002 and 2005. In August 2018, Parel won on the PGA Tour Champions by winning the Boeing Classic. Pontiac, Michigan
Pontiac ( ') is a city in and the county seat of Oakland County in the U.S. state of Michigan. As of the 2020 census, the city had a total population of 61,606. Bob Estes
Bob Alan Estes (born February 2, 1966) is an American professional golfer who plays on the PGA Tour Champions. He was previously a member of the PGA Tour, where he was a four-time champion. Early life and amateur career Estes was born in Graham, Texas and raised in Abilene, Texas. He first played golf at age 4 and decided to become a professional golfer at age 12. Estes attended the University of Texas from 1984 to 1988 and was a member of the golf team. He won the 1988 Haskins Award for most outstanding collegiate golfer in the nation. Professional career Estes had four PGA Tour victories between 1994 and 2002, and he has been in the top 20 of the Official World Golf Ranking. 2020–21 PGA Tour Champions Season
The 2020–21 PGA Tour Champions season is the 41st in which PGA Tour Champions, a golf tour for men age 50 and over, has operated. The tour officially began in 1980 as the Senior PGA Tour. The season was severely impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, with half the scheduled tournaments being cancelled, including four of the five senior majors. As a result the only major played in 2020 was the Senior Players Championship, which was won by Jerry Kelly, who finished two strokes ahead Scott Parel to claim his first senior major title. The season was expanded to include all 2021 tournaments with the Charles Schwab Cup Playoffs events in 2020 returning to regular event status. Paul Goydos
Paul David Goydos (born June 20, 1964) is an American professional golfer who has played on the Ben Hogan Tour, PGA Tour and PGA Tour Champions. Early life Goydos was born and raised in Long Beach, California and is the youngest of three brothers. He began golfing at a very young age, winning his local course championship while still in junior high school. He attended Woodrow Wilson Classical High School, and went on to attend Long Beach State University on a golf scholarship. He graduated with a BA in finance and worked for a short time as a substitute teacher at an inner city high school. He turned pro in 1989 and started out as a struggling mini-tour player, supplementing his income by continuing to work as a substitute teacher. Chris Patton (born November 20, 1967) is an American professional golfer, best known for his large size and for winning the 1989 U.S. Amateur. Early life Patton was born in Fountain Inn, South Carolina. He played college golf at Clemson University where he won five events and was a three-time All-American. While at Clemson, he won the 1989 U.S. Amateur at Merion Golf Club. The win earned him invitations to the first three majors in 1990. He finished as the low amateur (T-39) at the Masters Tournament. James Hahn (born November 2, 1981) is an American professional golfer who plays on the PGA Tour. Born in Seoul, South Korea, Hahn was raised in Alameda, California. He played college golf at the University of California in nearby Berkeley and turned professional after graduating in 2003. He played on the Canadian Tour, Korean Tour and Gateway Tour before he joined the Nationwide Tour in 2010.
