Scott Allen Kozak (born November 28, 1965) is an American former professional football player who was a linebacker for five seasons with the Houston Oilers of the National Football League (NFL) from 1989 to 1993. He was selected by the Oilers in the second round of the 1989 NFL draft. The 1989 NFL draft was the procedure by which National Football League teams selected amateur college football players. It is officially known as the NFL Annual Player Selection Meeting. The draft was held April 23–24, 1989, at the Marriott Marquis in New York City, New York. The league also held a supplemental draft after the regular draft and before the regular season. Hillsboro ( ) is the fifth-largest city in the U.S. state of Oregon and is the county seat of Washington County.
