Scott J. Guthrie (born September 24, 1957 in Warwick, Rhode Island) is an American politician and a Democratic Party (United States), Democratic former member of the Rhode Island House of Representatives representing District 28 from 2009 to 2015. Guthrie previously served non-consecutively from April 2001 until January 2003. Education Guthrie graduated from Coventry High School (Coventry, Rhode Island), Coventry High School. Rhode Island General Assembly
The State of Rhode Island General Assembly is the state legislature (United States), state legislature of the U.S. state of Rhode Island. A bicameral body, it is composed of the lower house, lower Rhode Island House of Representatives with 75 representatives, and the upper house, upper Rhode Island Senate with 38 senators.
