Scott Borland
Scott Borland (born February 14, 1979) is an American musician. Borland is the co-founder, along with his older brother Wes Borland, of the American metal band Big Dumb Face. Scott Borland also contributed to the first three albums by his brother's band Limp Bizkit. Biography Originally from Richmond, Virginia, Scott went to middle school and high school in Jacksonville, FL, and took an interest in bass guitar, starting to play together with his brother Wes. The Borland family later moved to Jacksonville, Florida, where Scott attended college. Borland provided arrangements and played keyboards for the albums '' Three Dollar Bill, Yall'' (1997), ''Significant Other'' (1999) and ''Chocolate Starfish and the Hot Dog Flavored Water'' (2000) by Limp Bizkit, the band Wes joined in the mid-1990s. Lennon Murphy
Lennon Anne Murphy (born March 31, 1982) is an American singer, songwriter and record producer. Early life Murphy, who is named after musician John Lennon, was born in Ronkonkoma, New York. When she was four years old, Murphy and her mother moved to Hendersonville, Tennessee, where she began playing piano and writing songs at the age of nine. At the age of 15, Lennon started performing shows at various local Nashville establishments. With much critical acclaim from the Nashville music community came interest from several record companies. Lennon ultimately signed to Arista Records at the age of 18. Within days of her 18th birthday, Murphy arrived home from school to find her mother dead. The cause of death was determined to be an allergic reaction to prescription medication. Murphy fought for and eventually won custody of her then eight-year-old younger sister, Mariella. Stepa is an American nu metal band from Thousand Oaks, California, that was active from 1998 to 2004, and again starting in 2022. The band was formed in 1998 as Phlip. Under that name, the band recorded a few demos. In 2001, Phlip renamed to Stepa and the group released one self-titled album through Locomotive Music on July 30, 2002. The band toured with Locomotive labelmates Medication in 2002. In 2003, vocalist Blake Beckman and DJ Chaz Kindschi left the band. A three song demo called ''Teenage Funeral'' was released in 2003, containing songs that were supposed to appear on their scrapped second album. Teenage Funeral is the only release not to feature Blake Beckmann and Chaz Kindschi. The group disbanded in 2004 after the departure of guitarist Shane Swayney. Beckmann went on to front the alternative rock band Fermata and his solo project ...And the Fixation.
