Gnophos
''Gnophos'' is a genus in the geometer moth family (Geometridae). A mostly Old World lineage, it is abundant in the Palearctic, with some North American species as well; in Europe six species are recorded. This genus has about 120 known species altogether in several recognized subgenera, with new ones still being discovered occasionally. This is the type genus of the tribe Gnophini in subfamily Ennominae, which some authors include in the Boarmiini. Scotopteryx Bipunctaria
''Scotopteryx bipunctaria'', also known as the chalk carpet, is a moth in the family Geometridae. The species was first described by Michael Denis and Ignaz Schiffermüller in 1775. It is found from Morocco and Spain through western and central Europe and Great Britain to the Ural. In the north it is found up to the Baltic region and in the south its range extends over Italy and the Balkan Peninsula up to the Black Sea and Caspian Sea. The wingspan is 26–32 mm. Adults are on wing from June to August in one generation per year. ''Scotopteryx luridata'', the July belle, is a species of moth in the family Geometridae. It is found in most of Europe, except Finland and the Baltic region The terms Baltic Sea Region, Baltic Rim countries (or simply the Baltic Rim), and the Baltic Sea countries/states refer to slightly different combinations of countries in the general area surrounding the Baltic Sea, mainly in Northern Europe. .... Scotopteryx Kurmanjiana
''Scotopteryx kurmanjiana'' is a species of moth of the family Geometridae first described by Hossein Rajaei and Gyula M. László in 2014. It is found on both sides of Kopet-Dagh Mountains in north-eastern Iran and southern Turkmenistan. The wingspan is 28–33 mm. The ground colour of the forewings is pale greyish brown. The basal area and medial band slightly darker, edged with dark brown. The medial line is shadow like and poorly visible, and the median area is uniformly pale greyish brown. There is a small, blackish discal spot. The hindwings are cream brown with a small discal spot. Adults have been recorded on wing in late autumn.
