The All India Football Federation (AIFF) is the national governing body of football in India. It is a member of FIFA, the international governing body of football and affiliated to Asian Football Confederation. Kerala Police (football Team)
Kerala Police Football Team is an Indian institutional football team based in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, that competes in the Kerala Premier League. It is the first and only team from Kerala to win India's top domestic cup competition. Football is one of the most popular sports in Kerala. Football was introduced to the land of Kerala during the pre-independence period by British officers of the Malabar Special Police (MSP) in the 20th century. MSP was camped in Malappuram and soon the natives began adopting the sport, which was mostly played in post- harvest paddy fields. Jagatjit Cotton & Textile Football Club (formerly known as JCT Mills FC; abbreviated as both JCT FC, or simply JCT) was an Indian professional football club based in Phagwara, Punjab.
