Science Source (formerly Photo Researchers) is a stock photo agency based in Manhattan, New York City. Founded in 1957 by Peter Schults, it represented 2,000 photographers in 1993. Stock footage, and similarly, archive footage, library pictures, and file footage is film or video footage that can be used again in other films.
