Saïd Razzouki
Saïd Razzouki is a member of the so-called Mocro Maffia, a gang of Moroccan-Dutch criminals. As of 8 February 2020, he is thought to be the adjutant of Ridouan Taghi. As of 8 February 2020, he is suspected of involvement in several murders. The Netherlands offered €100,000 ($110,000 at that time) for information on his whereabouts, an amount equal to information on his boss Taghi. This was the highest amount ever offered by the Dutch government for such information. After fleeing to Colombia, where he managed to hide for multiple years and enjoyed the protection of the cartel Clan del Golfo, he was arrested by a combined effort of Federal Bureau of Investigation, FBI, Drug Enforcement Administration, DEA and National Police of Colombia, Colombian police forces. Moroccans in the Netherlands (, , also known as Dutch-Moroccans or Moroccan-Dutch) are immigrants from Morocco to the Netherlands and their descendants. Ridouan Taghi
Ridouan Taghi (born 20 December 1977) is a Moroccan-Dutch criminal who became a prime suspect in at least ten murders related to organised crime, drug trafficking and leading a criminal organisation. Until his late 2019 arrest in Dubai, Taghi was the most wanted criminal in the Netherlands with a record-breaking reward of €100,000. As of 2022 he is held at Nieuw Vosseveld, a maximum security prison in Vught and the main suspect in the Marengo trial. Youth Taghi was born in 1977 in the north of Morocco. In 1980 he moved to Vianen in the Netherlands with his parents, his older brother and two sisters. While in the Netherlands, another six sisters and one boy was born.
