Saîf-Eddine Khaoui ( ar, سيف الدين خاوي; born 27 April 1995) is a professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for club Clermont. Born in France, he plays for the Tunisia national team. Club career Tours Khaoui is a youth exponent from Tours. He made his Ligue 2 debut on 14 February 2014 against Istres in a 1–0 away loss. Marseille On 18 June 2016, Tours confirmed that they had reached an agreement with Marseille for the sale of Khaoui. He made his league debut on 14 August 2016 in a 0–0 draw with Toulouse, replacing Florian Thauvin at halftime. Loan to Troyes On 26 July 2017, having spent only a month at Marseille, Khaoui was sent out on loan to Troyes. He made his debut on 5 August 2017 in a 1–1 draw with Rennes. The Tunisia national football team ( ar, منتخب تونس لكرة القدم; ) represents Tunisia in men's international association football. Florian Tristan Mariano Thauvin (born 26 January 1993) is a French professional footballer who plays as a winger for Liga MX club Tigres UANL. He made his professional debut for Grenoble in 2011, moving on to Bastia where he won the Ligue 2 title in his first season and being named Young Player of the Year a year later. He then moved to Marseille for €15 million, going on to make over 281 appearances and score 86 goals across two spells at the team, with a brief time at Newcastle United of the Premier League in between. Thauvin earned 30 caps and scored 14 goals for France from under-18 to under-21 level, winning the 2013 FIFA U-20 World Cup. The league serves as the fourth tier of the French football league system behind Ligue 1, Ligue 2, and the Championnat National. The 2016–17 Championnat de France Amateur was the 19th season of the fourth tier in the French football league system in its current format. The 2015–16 Ligue 2 season was the 77th season since its establishment. Teams There are 20 clubs in the league, with three promoted teams from Championnat National replacing the three teams that were relegated to the same level, and three relegated teams from Ligue 1 replacing the three teams that were promoted to the same level. All clubs that secured Ligue 2 status for the season were subject to approval by the Direction Nationale du Contrôle de Gestion, DNCG before becoming eligible to participate. Teams There were three promoted teams from Championnat National, replacing the three teams that were promoted to Ligue 1 following the 2013–14 season. The Coupe de France, formerly known as the Coupe Charles Simon, is the premier knockout cup competition in French football organized by the French Football Federation (FFF). It was first held in 1917 and is open to all amateur and professional football clubs in France, including clubs based in the overseas departments and territories.
