Savigny-le-Temple () is a commune in the Seine-et-Marne Department of France in the Île-de-France in north-central France. It is located in the south-eastern suburbs of Paris, from the center of Paris. It is the largest commune in the "new town" of Sénart, created in the 1970s. History During the French Revolution, Savigny-le-Temple (meaning "Savigny the temple") was temporarily renamed Savigny-sur-Balory (meaning "Savigny upon Balory", after the small Balory river). It was also temporarily renamed Savigny-le-Port (meaning "Savigny the port"). These changes were probably motivated by the religious connotation of the word "temple". Clément Chantôme
Clément Jean Robert Chantôme (born 11 September 1987) is a French professional footballer who plays as a central midfielder for Championnat National 2 club C'Chartres. A graduate of the Paris Saint-Germain Academy, Chantôme made a name for himself as a technically gifted, ball-winning box-to-box midfielder. Despite being used sparingly at Paris Saint-Germain, he was a fan favourite because of his home-grown status, love for the Parisian shirt, and subtle hard work. He played for the club's first team from 2006 to 2015, and was loaned out to Toulouse in the 2013–14 season. After leaving Paris, Chantôme went on to play for Bordeaux. Claude Makélélé Sinda (born 18 February 1973) is a French football manager and former professional player who played as a defensive midfielder. He is currently a youth coach and technical mentor at Chelsea, having formerly been the head coach of Belgian First Division A club Eupen. In his playing career, which ended at Paris Saint-Germain, Makélélé also played for Nantes, Marseille, Celta Vigo, Real Madrid and Chelsea. He won league titles in France, Spain and England, as well as the 2001–02 UEFA Champions League during his time with Real Madrid. RER D
RER D is one of the five lines in the (English: Regional Express Network), a hybrid commuter rail and rapid transit system serving Paris, France and its suburbs. The line crosses the region from north to south, with all trains serving a group of stations in central Paris, before branching out towards the ends of the line. The line connects Creil in the north to Melun and Malesherbes in the south, passing through the heart of Paris. Line D also links Gare du Nord with Gare de Lyon via Châtelet-Les Halles. Opened in stages from 1987 to 1996, it is the longest RER line by distance, and the busiest SNCF line in France, carrying up to 615,000 passengers and operating 466 trains each working day. Olivier Bernard (born 14 October 1979) is a French former footballer. He announced his retirement after leaving Newcastle United on 16 May 2007. He is currently the owner and CEO of Durham City. Early life Bernard was born in the 12th arrondissement of Paris and grew up in the south-east of the city. Both of his parents were born in Guadeloupe.
