Saulius Štombergas (born December 14, 1973) is a retired Lithuanian professional basketball player, basketball coach and businessman. Saulius Sondeckis
Saulius Sondeckis (11 October 1928 – 3 February 2016) was a Lithuanian violinist, conductor, orchestra leader and professor. He founded the Lithuanian Chamber Orchestra in 1960 and was its artistic director and principal conductor until 2004. Biography Sondeckis was born in Šiauliai in 1928. He graduated from the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre (Vilnius Conservatory) as a violinist with Alexander Livontas in 1952 and studied conducting with Igor Markevich. Sondeckis was a member of the Department of String Instruments at the Lithuanian SSR State Conservatoire. Sondeckis began conducting in 1955 and started at the Student Orchestra of the National M.K. Čiurlionis School of Art. He became a teacher at the Lithuanian Academy in 1959 and became a professor there in 1976. Saulius Šaltenis (born 24 December 1945) is a Lithuanian writer, newspaper editor, and politician. In 1990, he was among those who signed the Act of the Re-Establishment of the State of Lithuania. He served as the Minister of Culture from 1996 to 1999 in the Government of Gediminas Vagnorius Biography Šaltenis was born into a family of Lithuanian teachers in Utena, Lithuania. He attended Utena Secondary School No. 2 from 1963 to 1964 and studied philology at Vilnius University while working as a laborer at the Vilnius Drill Factory. Saulius Ritter (born 23 August 1988) is a Lithuanian rower, best known for winning a silver medal at the 2016 Summer Olympics and a gold medal at the 2011 European Rowing Championships. Saulius Kuzminskas
Saulius Kuzminskas (born May 30, 1982) is a Lithuanian former professional basketball player. His younger brother Mindaugas is also a basketball player for the Olimpia Milano. Professional career Kuzminskas debuted in 1999 with Sakalai. He briefly played for the California in the NCAA before returning to Lithuania. He played in Šiauliai and then in Lietuvos rytas for a couple of seasons. In 2005, he moved to France to play for the BCM Gravelines, and then to Slovenia to play for Olimpija Ljubljana, where he received limited playing time. Saulius Ambrulevičius (born 10 June 1992) is a Lithuanian ice dancer. As a single skater, he is the 2007 and 2008 Lithuanian national champion. Competing in ice dancing with Taylor Tran, he is the 2015 Pavel Roman Memorial silver medalist and 2015 Lithuanian national champion. Saulius Mykolaitis (January 15, 1966 – February 18, 2006) was a Lithuanian director, actor, and singer-songwriter (bard). Life Saulius Mykolaitis was born in Ramygala, a small town in Lithuania. His parents died while he was still studying at school. Saulius was raised by two older brothers Sigitas and Darius who bought him his first guitar when he was just seven years old. Saulius Mykolaitis started singing and creating songs at school. After graduating he entered Music Academy of Lithuania in Vilnius. Initially he studied singing, but soon moved to acting.
