Sauat Mukhametbayuly Mynbayev ( kk, Сауат Мұхаметбайұлы Мыңбаев, ''Sauat Mūhametbaiūly Myñbaev'') is a Kazakh politician who served as the minister of oil and gas of Kazakhstan from 2010 to 2013. Until 2021 he was also the CEO of Kazakhstan Temir zholy. Biography Mynbayev was born on 19 November 1962. In 1985, he received a degree in economics from Moscow State University and he obtained a master's degree again in economics in 1988. Labor activity began as a teacher of the Almaty Institute of National Economy of the Kazakh SSR. In 1991—1992, he worked as President of the Republican Construction Exchange "Kazakhstan". Mykola Yanovych Azarov ( uk, Мико́ла Я́нович Аза́ров, ; née, né Pakhlo; Cyrillic: Пахло; born 17 December 1947) is a Ukraine, Ukrainian politician who was the Prime Minister of Ukraine from 11 March 2010 to 27 January 2014. The Order of Friendship (russian: Орден Дружбы, ') is a state decoration of the Russian Federation established by Boris Yeltsin by presidential decree 442 of 2 March 1994 to reward Russian and foreign nationals whose work, deeds and efforts have been aimed at the betterment of relations with the Russian Federation and its people. The Paradise Papers are a set of over 13.4 million confidential electronic documents relating to offshore investments that were leaked to the German reporters Frederik Obermaier and Bastian Obermayer, from the newspaper'' Süddeutsche Zeitung''.
