The twenty-first season of the American Reality television, reality television series ''The Voice (American TV series), The Voice'' premiered on September 20, 2021, on NBC. Blake Shelton, Kelly Clarkson and John Legend returned as coaches for their twenty-first, eighth, and sixth seasons, respectively. Ariana Grande made her first appearance as a coach this season, replacing Nick Jonas. Meanwhile, Carson Daly returned for his twenty-first season as host. At the season finale, Girl Named Tom, consisting of siblings Bekah, Caleb, and Joshua Liechty, was crowned the winner of this season, marking Kelly Clarkson's fourth win as a coach and the first instance of a group act winning the show, as well as the second time that the first (aired) act to audition would go on to win the entire season, following Todd Tilghman's win in The Voice (American season 18), season 18. Carson Jones Daly (born June 22, 1973) is an American television host, radio personality, Television producer, producer, and celebrity, television personality. Prior to 2003, Daly was a VJ (media personality), VJ on MTV's ''Total Request Live'', and a DJ for the Southern California-based radio station KROQ-FM, 106.7 KROQ-FM. In 2002, Daly joined NBC, where he began hosting and producing the late night talk show ''Last Call with Carson Daly'', and occasionally hosting special event programming for NBC, such as the Macy's Fourth of July fireworks show, and executive producing ''New Year's Eve with Carson Daly'' from Times Square beginning in 2003. Daly has since been involved in more prominent roles at NBC, such as becoming host for its reality music competition ''The Voice (U.S. TV series), The Voice'' in 2011, and joining NBC's morning show ''Today (U.S. TV program), Today'' as a social media correspondent in 2013, with his role increasing in subsequent years becoming a co-host. ...
