Karen is a suburb of Nairobi in Kenya, lying south-west of Nairobi central business district. The suburb of Karen borders the Ngong Forest and is home to the Ngong Racecourse. The Hub Karen Mall is a shopping mall in Nairobi, Kenya that was opened on February 4, 2016. It is located in the affluent Karen suburbs of Nairobi, Kenya. It hosts both international and local retailers. The mall now hosts over 85 stores and receives roughly 55,000 visitors per week. Westlands is an affluent, mixed-use commercial and residential neighbourhood in Nairobi. Location Westlands is located approximately , by road, northwest of the central business district of Nairobi. The geographical coordinates of the neighbourhood are: 01°16'01.0"S, 36°48'42.0"E (Latitude:-1.266944; Longitude:36.811667). Buruburu is a housing estate within Nairobi City County in Kenya. Buruburu is a vast development inhabited by lower middle-class people. The estate was designed in 1974 and comprises six phases, with the fifth completed in the mid-1980s. The estate is an expansive settlement which spreads over 85 ha, and located 8 km outside the Nairobi Central Business District. Due to its proximity to the city, the estate has attracted populations from every walks of life. This has led to the proliferation of trade and other home-based enterprises (HBEs) in the estate. The Village Market
The Village Market is a large shopping, recreation and entertainment complex in the Kenyan capital, Nairobi. It accommodates over 150 stores outlets covering of retail space, square feet of office space, in addition to recreation and entertainment facilities. The Village Market is located in the Gigiri residential area which is about from Nairobi city center on Limuru Road. Westgate Shopping Mall (also known as Westgate) is an upscale shopping mall located in the Westlands division of Nairobi, Kenya. It was first opened in 2007. Overview The five-storey mall opened in 2007 and included of retail space and housed more than 90 stores. Nakumatt and Planet Media Cinemas anchored the mall.
